Submission of documents /passports for Consular Services: F or visa, indian passport services, and other consular services: 9.30 AM to 12 PM (all working days except on wednesdays)

Overseas Citizenship of India (OCI) card and PIO (Persons of Indian Origin) cards: 11.00 AM to 12.00 PM (only on Monday, Wednesday and Friday)

Delivery of services /passports: 4.00 pm to 5.00 pm (all working days except Wednesday)

Besides, the Consular officer may use his/her discretion to treat Emergency cases.

Please note:

(i)  service charge of Euros 2.00 will be levied on each service rendered.

(ii) A misuse penalty can also be charged if the person was holding an Indian Passport that expired on or before 01/01/2005 or and if the Passport was not surrendered within three years or and if applicant travelled on the Indian passport beyond the grace of three months, after acquisition of foreign nationality.
